3L is highly capable of manufacturing Custom Magnetic Products based on our Customer's Designs, Specifications and/or Application Specific Requirements. Our Qualified Research and Development Design Engineers routinely interface and cooperate with our Customer's Engineers to insure that their requests and designs are addressed in a timely manner. Based on the nature of our Customer's specific requests, we will either assign a dedicated Engineer or an Engineering Team to evaluate and offer solutions which not only address the design, but also address the Raw‐Material and Manufacturing Production Cost Effectiveness. We graciously Invite our Customer's Engineers to visit our Facilities and interface directly with our Engineers on their requirements.
