WARRANTY

All standard parts are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship and are waranted to meet the 3L published specifications. No other warranty expressed or implied is made by 3L. All special parts manufactured to a customer's specifications are guaranteed to the extent agreed upon in writing between 3L and the user.

3L will repair / replace units under the following conditions:
        1. The buyer must notify 3L in writing within 60 days of receipt of material, that they request authorization to return the parts. A description of the complaint and samples included.
         2. 3L must determine to its satisfaction that the parts are defective and the defect is not due to misuse, accident, poor engineering practices or improper application.

3L's liability in no event exceed the cost of repair or replacement of its parts. This warranty does not extend to any material which has been altered or repaired by others without our written authorization.

Under no circumstances shall 3L have any liability what so ever for the loss of anticipated profits, interruption of operations, or for special, incidental or consequential damages.
